Since then, I have provided services to youth and families for over ten years (I can’t believe it’s been that long) through medical and mental health settings. I have experience in school systems, Community Mental Health, and the Hospital setting.
I work with individuals five years and older with a primary focus on youth/family and young adults experiencing; Trauma needs, anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-esteem struggles, anger management, conflict resolution, adjustment disorders, and communication needs.
please Hear me when I say:
Being here doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’re strong.
I want you to know that mental health is a struggle. Reaching out means you are ready to tackle some hard emotions and situations.
YOU CAN DO THIS!
How I work
At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that with a little bit of hard work, we can accomplish big things.
You’re mental health is the core of your life. When we’re out of balance in our mental health, everything else starts to unbalance as well. We all deserve to be happy and healthy!
Therapy with me is…
-
We will work closley to identify your personal needs. Everyone has their own personal struggles and life experiences and together we will discover what will work best for you.
-
Attending therapy sometimes means your going to hear things you don't like and that's okay. Honesty is key to healing and creating a new, healthy future!
-
Discretion should be a primary focus for your mental health. If I see you on the street, don't be offended if I don't acknowledge you first, your privacy is top on my priority list.
You will always recieve a warm smile!
-
Forming a good communication bond is key to services. Plan on experiencing some deep conversations and accomplishing some goals.
You can do hard things.
