Move beyond your past.

Specializing in; Trauma, Anxiety, Depression

You’ve been dealing with this on your own for a long time now. Everyone around you thinks you have your life together and things are perfect.

But, if they had any idea how much you struggle every day. If they knew how often you wanted to give up and how you pretend you’re okay to avoid the pity.

If they knew about the days you cry alone, hoping things will get better or go away. You’ve been dealing with this feeling alone for so long now, it’s like second nature. You write it off as “no big deal” because you feel like others have it worse and you don’t want to complain.

There are days when the anxiety is so bad, you can’t get out of bed. Or when you do, you feel like you’re watching your life play out like a movie.

Depression feels like a daily thing. You watch others laughing and wish that you could feel the same way. You wish you could wake up and look forward to the day without feeling dread and stuck in quicksand.

You worry about reaching out to talk to someone because you feel like you’re weak and opening up makes you feel vulnerable. You think only people with “big problems” go to therapy, you’ve lived with this for a while now, can’t be that bad, I just gotta suck it up.

Sound like you?

Struggling with constant worry.

Tired of feeling like no one understands.

Ready to stop putting your life on hold.

Wishing that you could overcome the setbacks.

Here’s what we’ll do together

Therapy can help you manage those symptoms and find “you” again.

Together we will identify those triggers that hold you back from living your best life.

We’ll take a look at your current skills and see where we can improve your methods and empower you with additional strategies.

Working together, you will build new awareness and learn to challenge negative thoughts and feelings.

You will learn to understand your body, it’s reactions and develop and sustain new ways to effectively manage your stress in the future.

At the end of the day, I want you to know:

Past experiences don’t have to continue holding you back. You’re stronger than you give yourself credit for.

Let me show you where to find that confidence and start setting healthy boundaries.

Change is possible.

Change is possible.

  • Work/school doesn’t feel like a place where you have to be fake to make others happy.

  • You’re connected to yourself and can make challenging decisions with confidence.
